Rosebud Ebenezer holds a master’s degree in Art Education from Brooklyn College and a 5-year B.Sc. degree in Ceramic Design from the College of Fine Arts, Chennai in India, graduating with honors from both programs of study.
Rosebud is a ceramicist, painter and photographer who possesses extensive experience in teaching three-dimensional design, advanced techniques in ceramics, and pottery skills on the wheel. She takes immense pleasure in guiding students to throw clay on the potter’s wheel and shares in the joy of seeing the pots evolve between her students’ fingers. She has taught both at the collegiate and K-12 level as a trained visual art and ceramics instructor for over 15 years.
Her works have been shown at Whitebox Gallery, New York, Art and Aesthetic Gallery – New Delhi, Julie Keyes Art Projects – Sag Harbor and at Jain Marunouchi Gallery – New York.
Scott Lawson holds a BFA from The Cleveland Institute of Art, with a major in Painting and a minor in Drawing. Originally from the Greater Cleveland Area, He relocated to New York City following graduation and participated in many group shows in New York.
Scott worked as a Studio Assistant for artist Jeff Koons from 2007-2013. During the summer of 2012, Scott accepted an invitation to participate in a residency with Norwegian figure painter Odd Nerdrum in Stavern, Norway. Recently, he was selected as a finalist for two consecutive years in the prestigious Art Renewal Center (ARC) Salon competition–Salons 14 & 15 respectively. His work was published in the ARC book, “International Realism” for the years 2019 and 2020.
Scott participated in Bushwick Open Studios in 2019 and 2021.
The most recent showing of his work was in the group show “Resurgence” at Mills Pond Gallery in Smithtown, Long Island. The show was curated by Thomas Legaspi.
E. Devasigamani received his MFA from Lesley University College of Art and Design, MA, USA. He has a Fulbright Fellowship from Lesley, and a Charles Wallace Scholarship from Kingston University, Surrey, UK.
Devasigamani, is an adjunct professor in the department of Art Education at Brooklyn College and his work has been exhibited widely in India, Europe, and the United States. Exhibitions include: Pundole Art Gallery, Mumbai; Gallery Espace, New Delhi; RL Fine Arts and The Digital Media Center, New York; The Museum fur Indische Kunst, Berlin and Galerie Muller & Plate, Munich. In 2009-10, his photographic works were included in a major exhibition, ‘Self and the Other’ – Contemporary Indian Photography, which traveled to La Virreia Gallery in Barcelona and Artium Gallery in Vitoria, Spain. His videos appeared in screenings and festivals at Videospace in Budapest, The Index Art Center in Newark, and Austin Peay State University in Tennessee.
Elaine Greenstein has been teaching art for more than 20 years. Her experience includes teaching students aged 3 years old to adults. Elaine has specifically taught sculpture, painting, book making, collage, printmaking, illustration, and drawing.
Elaine has an MFA in Sculpture from Boston University, MA. She has written and illustrated 13 children’s books.
Elaine currently works in a NYC public school. She has previously taught at Studio in a School, The Rhode Island School of Design, and Teacher’s College, Columbia University.
